Our Qualifications
Animal Damage Management is owned and operated by university graduates who majored in Biology or Pest Management with emphasis in Animal Damage Management We have many employees with the same educational degrees and all of our field technicians are State Licensed or Certified Qualified Pesticide Applicators. We have over 20 technical personnel on staff and have one of the nation’s leading authorities on Animal Damage Management retained as a consultant to oversee Training, Safety, Environmental evaluations and Quality Control, and to assist with special pest problems.
Our Customers
Although we provide services to homeowners, the vast majority of services are provided to:
- Over 200 Homeowner Associations, with a combined area of over 12,000 acres
- More than 20 golf courses with a combined area of over 3,000 acres
- A variety of Governmental agencies: Federal, State, County, and many municipalities including parks, highways, and utility right-of-ways, public schools, water districts, ports, and institutional grounds and buildings
- A variety of Private Industries: landscapes, nurseries, warehouses, hospitals, office complexes, etc.
Quality Control
A private consultant provides quality control and oversees our in-house program performed by our area managers and supervisors who provide mandatory scheduled site inspections. Another important part of the program is customer feedback, which is encouraged and recorded. We are committed to making customer satisfaction our top priority, which as resulted in our rapid growth. Results of a recent customer survey indicated a high rating for both qualities of work performance and customer relations.
