Animal Damage Management was founded on the simple principle of helping people with animal damage issues. We have been in business for over 30 years and are continuing to grow. A.D.M was founded by University graduates who majored in biology and pest management with an emphasis in animal damage management. Our technicians are state certified pesticide applicators, trained in pest identification, damage recognition, management methods, safety, quality control, environmental assessment and special animal problems. We have the ability to develop integrated pest management programs that are ecologically sound, humane and publicly acceptable. We work directly with our clients in developing a pest management plan to accommodate their individual damage and pest population thresholds and unique circumstances.
